Typical Day at Jindal
5:00am | Wake up; ginger tea with lemon is delivered to your room |
5:15am-5:45am | Compulsory walk (mandatory) |
5:45am-6:30am | Yogic Kriyas (gee drops in nose, Jala Neti with Kalablhati, gargling, eye trifala tonic, etc.) (mandatory) |
6:00am | Herbal drink (green tea with mint) |
6:50am-7:50am | Yoga Session (mandatory) |
8:00am | Juice (carrot) or tea plus sprouted methi seeds garnished with neem, mint, and tulsi leaves. |
8:00am-9:00am | Naturopathy Treatment in your room (usually a ud pack on your stomach and eye mud pack to control the appetite. |

Additional treatments in the special facility per doctor’s prescription (e.g., Hydrotherapy,
Mud therapy, Manipulative (a.k.a. massage), acupuncture, physiotherapy, gym, etc.) |
11:30am-12:15pm | Lunch (1 slice of papaya, 1 slice of watermelon or pineapple, 2 types of fresh salads or two types of steamed veggies (2 tbs ea), soy buttermilk, soup, chutneys. |
12:30-1:30pm | Rest Time (mandatory) |
2:00pm | Juice (wholesome juice) |
4:00pm | Juice (aloe vera juice) |
4:00pm-5:30pm | Additional activities like Yoga Nidra, pool, hot& cols reflexology, etc. |
5:30pm-7:00pm | Dinner (the same as lunch) |
8:00pm | Night beverages (warm milk with jaggery for me) |
8:30pm | Night treatment at your room |
22:00pm-22:30pm | Lights Off |

Some treatments are free of cost, and some are have a nominal fee. Below is the list of treatments and their cost. (All massages 1 hr, plus steam room, then shower)
